Thanks to speedy and helpful feedback from a few Eve Thermo customers we have become aware of a malfunction in a specific batch of products. We were able to track down the problem with the help of our partner, Eurotronic, analyze it and narrow it down to a small number of Eve Thermo devices.

Elgato will exchange defective Eve Thermo units for new ones, quickly and un-bureaucratically, of course at no charge. We would like to express our gratitude to our customers for their rapid feedback and sincerely apologize for this manufacturing defect.

Affected customers should visit the customer service page and select “Customer Service (Orders and Returns)”. Enter your info into the field, then select “Exchange and Return (RMA)” under the “Problem” popup menu. Briefly describe the problem you are having with Eve Thermo. We will contact you promptly to initiate the exchange, at no charge to you.
