In addition to numerous fixes and enhancements, Eve 1.4 comes with support for time-based triggers. Time triggers execute an existing scene at a given time. The triggers can be used, for example, to automatically start the Good Morning scene for devices that are switched on using Eve Energy, or other switches or lamps.
As of iOS 9.2.x, location and characteristic HomeKit triggers are not yet available for Bluetooth Smart devices. Once this functionality is enabled in a future version of iOS, a free Eve app update will enable support for location and characteristic triggers.
What is a “characteristic” trigger?
Hi Rob, this is an upcoming feature. An example would be: Use a motion sensor or an Eve Door&Window in the doorway to turn your kitchen lights on when you walk in.

Brilliant, that looks great, any plans for an Apple TV Eve App? It would be great to see the stats and graphs on the TV 🙂
Hi Rob, great idea! But sorry, I’m not allowed to talk about future plans. I don’t even know if this would be possible in theory 😉
